Craniosacral Therapy

A gentle, hands-on approach to nervous system regulation. Working with the craniosacral rhythm — the subtle tide that moves through the cerebrospinal fluid — to release held patterns in tissue, fascia, and the autonomic system. This is not relaxation therapy. It is precise, clinically informed work at the level of the nervous system's architecture.

What brings people here.

CST supports presentations where conventional approaches have addressed the symptom but not the nervous system pattern underneath it.
FAQs

What is craniosacral therapy?

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle manual therapy supporting nervous system regulation. At The Reset Room, it forms a core component of the ARC Method™. The therapy works with the craniosacral system — the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.

What does a session involve?

You remain fully clothed and lie on a treatment table. The practitioner uses very light touch at the head, sacrum, and along the spine. Sessions are quiet, unhurried, and usually 60–90 minutes.

How many sessions will I need?

Most clients begin with the 4-Session ARC Integration Phase. Chronic or complex patterns may benefit from ongoing work.

Is this evidence-based?

CST has a growing evidence base for chronic pain, headaches, and autonomic dysregulation. All work here is practised within a medically informed, clinically assessed framework.

Begin the work.

The first step is an initial consultation — a clinical conversation to assess your presentation and determine the most appropriate entry point.
