Subconscious Repatterning

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious to locate the originating scenes and decisions that formed the pattern — not to analyse them, but to update them. The subconscious does not distinguish between a remembered experience and a present one. This is used to install new conclusions at the level they were originally formed.
What Clinical Hypnotherapy addresses

Belief lives in the body. The subconscious holds it.

The subconscious mind drives approximately 95% of our behaviour, emotion, and physiological response.
Cognitive insight — knowing why — rarely changes what the subconscious has decided is true.

Clinical Hypnotherapy goes to the root, not the branch. One well-facilitated session can accomplish what years of talk therapy has not — because it works at the level where the pattern was formed.
How it works within the ARC framework

Not standalone.

Sequenced.

At The Reset Room, Clinical Hypnotherapy is never offered in isolation from the body's regulatory state. Clinical hypnotherapy is delivered within the ARC Method™ — specifically in the Consolidation phase, once the nervous system has been sufficiently regulated through Craniosacral Therapy to receive and integrate the subconscious work.

Subconscious work

Why sequencing matters
Subconscious work attempted on a dysregulated nervous system tends not to hold. The body overrides the new conclusion with its established protective response. Regulation first — then repatterning. This is why the ARC sequence produces results that standalone hypnotherapy often cannot.

Hypnosis

What a clinical hypnotherapy session involves
A guided hypnosis session lasting 90–120 minutes. The client enters a relaxed, focused state — not unconscious, fully aware. The subconscious is accessed directly. Originating scenes are located, understood, and updated. A personalised recording is provided for reinforcement in the days following the session.
FAQs — Clinical Hypnotherapy

Will I be unconscious or lose control?

No. Hypnosis is a state of focused relaxation — you are fully aware throughout. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will. Clinical hypnotherapy is nothing like stage hypnosis.

How is this different from talk therapy or coaching?

Talk therapy works with the conscious mind — the approximately 5% of mental activity we have access to. Clinical Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious — the 95% that actually drives behaviour, emotion, and physiological response. This is why it can produce change that years of conscious-level work has not.

What approaches does Dr Safeera K use in Clinical Hypnotherapy?

Dr Safeera K draws on multiple clinical hypnotherapy traditions and frameworks — including subconscious repatterning, regression work, and somatic hypnotherapy. Sessions are tailored to the individual presentation. No single method is applied uniformly — the approach is selected based on what the nervous system and subconscious require.

Is Clinical Hypnotherapy available as a standalone session?

In most cases, Clinical Hypnotherapy at The Reset Room is delivered within the ARC Integration Phase — specifically in Session Three. For specific presentations, standalone clinical hypnotherapy sessions may be arranged. This is assessed at initial consultation.

Who provides Clinical Hypnotherapy at The Reset Room?

Dr Safeera Kholvadia MD — Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with training across multiple clinical hypnotherapy traditions. All hypnotherapy at The Reset Room is practised within a medical framework by a qualified physician.
